Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in daily board meetings.

• Manage administrative tasks such as ordering consumables and time records.
• Promote continuous improvements using LEAN and efficient changeovers.
• Monitor safety, quality, and conduct policies.
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance on equipment optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments and projects.
