Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment with GMP/LEAN
• Documented experience in people management in manufacturing
• Strong communication in Danish and English

• Lead and participate in daily prioritization and board meetings
• Ensure high productivity, quality, and corrective actions as needed
• Manage consumables orders and time-keeping records
• Promote continuous improvements using LEAN and efficient changeovers
