Job summary

Hotel Give is seeking a Weekend Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the Saturday and Sunday cleaning operations. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) and requires you to lead the weekend housekeeping team, organise the workload, and work hands-on when needed to maintain high standards.

You will train and develop staff, provide feedback, and coordinate with reception to manage guest arrivals and departures while ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a similar accommodation or housekeeping role is required.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily tasks and provide clear direction to the housekeeping team.
• Take a hands-on role and assist with the daily housekeeping workload.
• Inspect guest rooms before arrival to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Provide practical feedback, training and support to team members.
• Liaise with reception about room changes, arrivals and departures.
• Ensure guest rooms and shared areas meet required cleaning, hygiene and safety standards.
