Job summary

De 5 Stjerner is seeking an experienced Working Cleaning Supervisor for a part-time role in Nordborg, Denmark. This position is not office-based; you will lead by example, participate in cleaning duties, and support the cleaning team to deliver high-quality work.

Expect approx 80–90 hours per month, primarily Mondays and Fridays, with occasional weekend shifts. Salary and terms follow the Danish collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Have practical professional cleaning experience.
• Understand what quality looks like in a cleaning context.
• Able to clean alongside the team and lead by example.
• Organise work, prioritise tasks, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute daily cleaning tasks.
• Participate actively in cleaning work.
• Support and guide cleaning assistants.
• Ensure cleaning standards are met and inspect work.
• Follow up on incomplete or unsatisfactory tasks.
• Ensure equipment and products are available and used correctly.
• Report issues to the responsible manager.
• Train new employees and maintain team communication.
• Assist during busy periods or absences.
