Job summary

Hotel Give is seeking a Weekend Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the Saturday and Sunday cleaning operations. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) and requires you to lead the weekend housekeeping team, organise the workload, and work hands-on when needed to maintain high standards.

You will train and develop staff, provide feedback, and coordinate with reception to manage guest arrivals and departures while ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a similar accommodation or housekeeping role is required.
• Must be available to work weekends.

We’re looking for an experienced Weekend Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Hotel Give. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting others, keeps calm under pressure and takes pride in maintaining consistently high standards.

You’ll lead the weekend housekeeping team, organise the daily workload and work alongside team members when needed.

The role is part‑time, working 24 hours per week, and applicants must be available to work weekends.

Experience leading a team in a similar accommodation or housekeeping role is required, along with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and confidence training and developing staff.
