Job description

Are you a dedicated project manager with a strong technical understanding and a passion for delivering successful customer projects? Do you thrive in a role where you coordinate stakeholders, manage project execution, and ensure customer satisfaction? Then you might be the Technical Project Manager we are looking for in our Customer Services team at Körber Supply Chain.

As our new Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering minor and middle size Customer service project with a variety in complexity from initial order intake through execution and successful Delivery. Acting as the central point of contact, you will collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budget.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales organization during the project clarification phase, helping define customer requirements, technical specifications, project scope, objectives, and success criteria. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments while ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle. Furthermore, you will oversee the procurement of equipment, components, and resources, monitor project finances, manage changes in project scope and priorities, and ensure that all deliverables meet customer expectations and agreed performance targets.

The position requires a structured and analytical professional who can balance technical detail with commercial understanding. You are comfortable working independently, taking ownership of your projects, and navigating complex situations while maintaining focus on deadlines, quality, and customer satisfaction. You enjoy building relationships and collaborating across functions and cultures, and you are able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We imagine that you have 3-5 years of experience from a similar project management role, preferably within a technical, industrial, automation, or engineering environment. You possess a strong technical understanding and are comfortable reviewing and working with technical documentation and system specifications. Experience with project management tools is expected, and fluency in Danish and English is required. As some projects involve on-site activities, a willingness to travel is also important.
