Job summary

Cadeler A/S is seeking a strategic VP, Head of Operational Finance to lead and develop our global Finance Operations. You will drive month-end close, robust controls, and high-quality reporting while guiding transformation and system optimisation across Oracle Fusion, SERTICA, EyeShare and Pleo.

You will lead teams across locations, including Copenhagen, Vejle and Norwich, shaping a high-performance culture and ensuring clear ownership and accountability through significant change and growth.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
Strong IFRS knowledge, both technical and practical.
Solid understanding of financial close processes and internal controls; SOX experience desirable.
Experience with ERP implementation, stabilisation or optimisation; Oracle Fusion is an advantage.
Proven finance transformation, process improvement, and automation experience.
Senior finance leadership in a complex international organisation, preferably listed.
Experience leading and developing teams through significant transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead Cadeler's Finance Operations, coaching and developing teams across locations.
Ensure close and accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, intercompany and revenue.
Maintain high-quality financial reporting for group and external reporting.
Oversee financial controls and variance analysis with remediation of deficiencies.
Coordinate local statutory accounts and audits; drive finance systems optimisation and automation.
