Job summary

Cadeler AS seeks an accomplished Finance leader to head Operational Finance across its global offshore wind operations. You will oversee Accounting, Financial Controls and Finance Transformations, driving reliable finance delivery and continuous improvement.

You will lead teams across locations, strengthen controls, optimise systems (Oracle Fusion, SERTICA, EyeShare, Pleo) and partner with Business Finance, Tax & Treasury, Legal and IT to align processes with Cadeler’s growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with IFRS knowledge.
• Strong accounting and close-process experience in a global setting.
• Experience with internal controls, SOX (desirable).
• Proven track record in finance transformation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Operations, accounting, and reporting across locations.
• Oversee financial controls, P&L and balance sheet analyses, and audits.
• Drive Finance Transformation, system optimisation and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, and Operations to align processes.
