Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Cloud Operations and managing SaaS infrastructures in multi-cloud scenarios.
• Strong financial acumen in Cloud cost optimization & margin improvement.
• Proven experience in establishing observability frameworks across multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and improve Cloud Ops KPIs for all products.
• Establish a proactive Cloud incident management framework.
• Own Cloud cost management and drive Gross Margin improvement.
