Job summary

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a dedicated Concierge to elevate the guest experience across VIP, Groups, Loyalty and Concierge Class. You will coordinate personalized services, liaise with multiple internal teams, and ensure flawless delivery of premium experiences onboard.

You should bring strong hospitality, communication and organization skills, with a track record in high-end guest service and event handling for large groups. Shipboard experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• 2-3 yrs background experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5 * Hotel
• Experience in handling different types of events with 80+ guests.
• Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact, advocate and representative for all guests, with increased focus on the VIP list, Loyalty, Groups and Concierge events.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a professional and positive manner, showing empathy.
• Maintains the Concierge lounge, Loyalty Spaces and conference rooms in a luxury environment.
• Maintains knowledge of brand features, ship information and guest preferences.
• Coordinates guests’ special requests for personalized services and activities.
• Leads by example with calm composure, treating guests and crew with humility and respect.
