Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to join our premium onboard retail team, selling luxury brands to guests as you travel the world. You will deliver exceptional customer service, create immersive experiences, and actively promote products through events and promotions.

In this contract role, you will live and work at sea for up to six months at a time. Accommodation and meals are provided, along with visas and dedicated product training to support your success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in premium or luxury retail.
• French-speaking proficiency.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Live and work on a cruise ship (travel worldwide).
• Create exceptional and memorable retail experiences for guests on board.
• Maximise sales by promoting a quality range of products through events and promotions.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and brand culture.
• Exceed sales targets and participate in fashion shows and presentations.
