Harding+ is seeking a motivated Chanel Beauty Advisor to join our onboard cruise retail teams. You will promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests, perform full makeovers, and provide personalised advice based on skin type and preferences.

You will work on board for up to six months at a time, with accommodation and meals provided, a target-based commission structure, and training across sales, product and brand.

Qualifikationen

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium beauty products and fragrances.

• Live and work on a cruise ship and promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests.
• Perform full makeovers while encouraging guests to try Chanel, purchase products and use demonstrated techniques.
• Provide skincare and product range advice based on guests' needs, skin type, and preferences.
• Meet and exceed Chanel monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Develop relationships with Chanel team and cruise staff to drive events and guest traffic to the store.
