Base360.ai is seeking a talented Video Editor to bring our product, founder stories, and brand to life through compelling video. You’ll turn raw footage, product recordings, and ambitious ideas into launch films, social content, and ads with strong hooks and pacing.

You’ll manage post‑production end‑to‑end, using AI tools to accelerate workflow and maintain a consistent visual identity across formats while collaborating with an ambitious, fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft, and visual taste.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro; motion design with After Effects.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first seconds and maintain engagement.
• Experience turning long recordings into concise, compelling stories.
• Comfort with AI tools as part of the creative workflow.

Responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films combining storytelling, demonstrations, and visual direction.
• Create founder-led content from interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Build paid ad creative with variations in openings, messaging, and calls to action.
• Bring the product to life with screen recordings, motion graphics, and clear explanations.
• Own post-production: footage selection, editing, colour, sound, captions, exports.
• Use AI tools to generate visuals and assets to speed up production.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats and channels.
