Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Video Editor / Storyboard Writer based in Denmark for a performance-focused, remote role. You will shape visual and narrative structures for ads, create hooks and retention-focused sequences, and guide editors through production using Premiere Pro and AI-enhanced tools.

You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, leverage performance data, and experiment with new formats to drive engagement and conversions across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing storyboards for paid social advertising.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including hooks, hold rate, retention, CTR, and conversions.
• Experience with DTC brands or UGC-style advertising.
• Fluent written English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate quickly without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads, defining the complete visual and narrative flow.
• Specify exactly what actors should do and demonstrate in each scene for execution without extra direction.
• Provide clear production guidance to editors, including stock footage, AI content, and motion graphics.
• Develop hooks, creative angles, pattern interrupts, and ad structures for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Use performance data to iterate on concepts to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Monitor trends across DTC and UGC-style content and adapt accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, editing, and copywriting teams to strengthen concepts and campaign performance.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects experience is a plus.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (avatars, voice generation, generative video) to enhance workflows.
• Manage multiple concepts simultaneously while keeping speed and quality.
