Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Nobia AB is seeking a high-grade Vice President TED to lead technology strategy across the Group, combining strategic direction with strong execution in a multi-country, multi-brand setting.
You will set the technology roadmap, oversee architecture, ERP, data, and cyber security, and partner with the CEO and CFO to translate business priorities into investments and durable improvements across brands and markets.
Nobia Group is one of Europe’s largest kitchen specialists, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, operating a portfolio of leading brands across the Nordic region and Central Europe – including HTH, Marbodal, Norema, Sigdal, and Invita.
As Nobia builds a stronger, more integrated Group structure, Technology, Experience & Digital (TED) is being repositioned as a strategic priority. With more than 100 professionals across infrastructure, applications, integrations, master data, AI, digital products, and IT operations, TED has a central role in how Nobia runs, transforms, and develops its business.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the technology agenda at a pivotal point in Nobia’s transformation. As our new Vice President TED, you will lead the function across multiple countries and technology disciplines – strengthening the organisation, raising delivery quality, and ensuring that technology creates tangible value for the business.
You will operate at Group level, combining strategic leadership with strong operational execution, and report directly to the EVP & Group CFO.
The immediate priority is to strengthen the organisation and create a clear technology direction while ensuring stability and quality across the core IT landscape. You will set the technology roadmap in close alignment with Group strategy and work with senior leadership to translate business priorities into clear technology choices and investments.
You will be a trusted technology advisor to the Group CFO and Group CEO - translating complex technical positions into clear strategic choices and investment recommendations. You will represent TED in Board and Executive Committee discussions, presenting with authority and appropriate commercial framing.
Develop and steward an enterprise architecture roadmap that progressively simplifies the landscape and reduces technical debt
Lead the Group's cloud and infrastructure strategy, making deliberate investment decisions with a clear commercial rationale
Oversee ERP strategy and any major platform transformation programmes, ensuring Group and brand needs are balanced, and business cases are rigorous
Define the Group's data and analytics architecture in partnership with Finance, ensuring the foundations for better Group reporting and decision support are in place
Strengthen IT stability, service levels, and operational reliability.
Improve IT governance, project delivery, and change management to increase quality and predictability.
Drive improvements in master data, integrations, and accountability across the IT portfolio.
Own the Group's information security strategy, policy, and posture - ensuring Nobia meets its obligations under DORA, NIS2, GDPR, and applicable listed-company requirements
Build and maintain a cybersecurity capability appropriate to a listed, multi-country business - including security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response
Ensure technology compliance and risk management is embedded in how TED operates, not treated as a periodic exercise
You will work from our headquarters in Tilst, Aarhus, with flexibility for hybrid working and regular travel across the Nordic region. The role is expected to involve approximately 25–40 overnight stays per year.
Proven track record in a senior technology leadership role, such as CIO, VP IT, Head of IT/Operations, or equivalent, ideally in a complex, multi-site, multi-brand, and multi-country organisation
Demonstrated experience leading technology organisations through transformation, change, or turnaround situations
Broad understanding of the full technology landscape, including ERP, integrations, infrastructure, data, analytics, AI, and cybersecurity
Experience leading large, distributed teams across countries and organisational structures
Proven ability to advise and challenge senior executives, including CFO and CEO level
Experience leading major technology programmes and business transformations from strategy through execution
Strategic & commercial mindset – you understand how technology can support business strategy, operational efficiency, and growth, and can translate this into clear priorities and investments
Transformation leadership – you are comfortable leading through complexity and change while creating stability and momentum
Executive presence – you communicate with clarity and credibility and can translate complex technology topics into business decisions
Leadership & people development – you create trust, inspire others, and build strong teams with a clear sense of purpose and accountability
Ownership & execution – you take responsibility for outcomes, make decisions, and ensure that strategy translates into measurable results
Curiosity & resilience – you bring energy and ambition while remaining humble, pragmatic, and open to different perspectives
Relationship building – you build strong partnerships across functions, markets, and organisational levels
International mindset – you are comfortable working across cultures and creating alignment in a geographically distributed organisation
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language – both are required in day-to-day work
A relevant higher education, such as a Master’s degree in Business, International Business, Management, MBA, or equivalent
A high-impact, Group-wide leadership role at a pivotal point in Nobia’s transformation
Direct access to and sponsorship from the EVP & Group CFO, with close collaboration with the CEO and Group leadership
The mandate to shape TED’s future direction, organisation, technology roadmap, and contribution to the business
Leadership responsibility for an international organisation of more than 100 technology professionals
The opportunity to combine strategic influence with genuine ownership of execution and results
A professionally ambitious environment where technology is being elevated as a strategic enabler for the Group
