Job description

As a Vice President at Proxima in the Nordics you will provide executive leadership across clients, teams, and the firm. This role blends deep domain expertise, client delivery, business development, and thought leadership. It builds on work already underway with major Nordic businesses across advanced manufacturing, energy & resources, consumer products and retail, often in close collaboration with parent company Bain & Company.

You will lead high-profile, high-growth client programs, shape long-term client strategy, and play a key role in Proxima's continued growth and market positioning. This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Leader to help build a regional consulting practice from the ground up, backed by the credibility, client access and global standards of one of the world's leading consulting groups.

What you bring

• Fluent speaking Danish & English and have EU RTW
• Strong understanding of supplier markets, offerings and operations and how to leverage preexisting relationships
