Job summary

Prokura, part of Kearney, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead procurement and supply chain projects across Europe. You will manage client relationships, spearhead teams, and guide implementations from strategy to execution in collaboration with multinational clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to delivering sustainable procurement improvements, with opportunities to work alongside Kearney on international engagements.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic performance in a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, including leadership experience.
• Consulting experience at a top-tier or specialized consulting firm.
• Strong analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to build and develop client relationships within projects.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the overall project – including team leadership and serving as the main point of contact for the client.
• Lead projects ranging from analysis of external spend to developing resilient procurement and supply chain strategies.
• Work in international teams and collaborate with clients from various countries.
• Contribute to business development and grow the client organization through process improvements and implementation.

As a Senior Project Manager, you take responsibility for the overall project – including team leadership and serving as the main point of contact for the client.

International project work – you will work in international teams for clients from various countries. Some projects are conducted jointly with Kearney, giving you exposure far beyond Prokura’s core topics.

Who Are You?

Excellent academic performance in a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences.

6+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, including leadership experience.

Consulting experience at a top-tier or specialized consulting firm.

Strong analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creativity in problem-solving, and the ability to build and develop client relationships within projects.

A team player with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys performance-driven work.
