Bavarian Nordic in Denmark is seeking a Manager to head the Drug Product Development and Analysis Team in Hørsholm. You will lead three Scientists and three Technicians, oversee drug product formulation development and data interpretation.

The role combines hands-on review of analytical results with team leadership, driving assay development and ensuring high-quality data. Collaboration with Production, Quality Control, and R&D is essential. Fluent English is required.

Competenze

MS in Biotechnology or related field (minimum)
PhD in protein chemistry or related topic preferred
3–5 years of biotech industry or academia experience
Experience with pharmaceutical analyses: chromatographic, particle, and protein methods
Experience with formulation development, statistical data analysis, and protein chemistry
Fluency in spoken and written English is required
