Job summary

Pharmacosmos A/S in Denmark invites applications for a Principal Analytical Development Chemist. You will lead analytical development across the development pipeline, shaping strategies for characterization, control frameworks, and regulatory readiness from early development through commercialization.

You will supervise internal and CRO/CDMO activities, mentor colleagues, and align cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high scientific standards.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical analytical development.
• Experience with method development, qualification, and transfer.
• Strong regulatory understanding and CMC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical development across the development pipeline and drive strategy for characterization, control, and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee analytical activities with CROs/CDMOs and ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery.
• Mentor colleagues, influence decisions, and promote scientific excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Drug Substance/Product, Regulatory Affairs, QA, and cross-functional teams.
