Job summary

SYBO in Copenhagen is seeking a talented UI Artist to shape the UI for Subway Surfers. You’ll join a collaborative team of artists to create polished UI that enhances storytelling and performance across screens and features.

You should bring a strong portfolio demonstrating game UI, along with experience using Unity and Figma to craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that elevate the player experience.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating solid UI work for games.
• Ability to follow - and build on - established art direction.
• Some experience creating wireframes, user flows and mockups.

Responsibilities

• Create polished, lively UI art that enhances the established art direction and stays true to the Subway Surfers brand.
• Design intuitive and engaging UI screens, assets, and interactions for new and existing game features.
• Develop and present UI concepts and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate the intended look, feel, and player experience.
• Collaborate closely with the art, design and engineering to bring player-centered features from concept to implementation.
• Contribute to UX work through wireframes, user flows and prototypes.
• Create and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and documentation to support consistency and scalability across screens and features.
• Work directly with the Unity engine on pixel-perfect UI implementation and asset performance optimization
