Lunar, a Nordic challenger bank founded in Aarhus, is building a treasury function. As Treasury Manager in Aarhus you join the team to oversee liquidity management, risk hedging, and bond portfolio development.

You'll work with Risk, Finance, Compliance, and the business to implement controls, automation, and cross-functional projects, ensuring safe funding and growth.

This role emphasizes shaping a new treasury setup with hands-on activities in money markets, repo, and FX hedging.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance or related quantitative field.
• Up to 3 years of banking or treasury experience.
• Detail-oriented with a strong controls mindset.
• Clear communication with Risk, Finance, Compliance and the business.
• Driven and curious; eager to shape a new treasury setup.
• Nice to have hands-on money markets, repos, bond portfolios or FX hedging; Excel and Python familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Participate in daily treasury operations from liquidity management to FX hedging.
• Monitor LCR and NSFR, track interest rate risk and recommend hedges.
• Develop market analysis tools to sharpen treasury's view and drive revenue.
• Manage relationships with banks and counterparties for money market transactions and repos.
• Lead cross-functional projects and shape the bank's treasury strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date controls and audit-ready documentation.
