Job summary

Tessero is seeking an experienced Workplace & Transition Project Manager in Jutland, Denmark, for a 3-6 month full-time assignment starting Oct/Nov 2026. The role will coordinate facility, workplace, technology, and HR transition activities to keep business operations running smoothly during the change period.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate workplace transition projects across multiple workstreams.
• Manage office relocation, downsizing, consolidation, or workplace restructuring.
• Coordinate requirements for new office facilities and workspace solutions.
• Work closely with IT, HR, facilities, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop project plans, governance structures, risk registers, and status reporting.
• Coordinate workstation, infrastructure, and technology readiness activities.
• Support transition planning related to business separation, transfer, or operational restructuring.
• Ensure dependencies across facilities, technology, vendors, and business teams are managed effectively.
• Drive execution while maintaining business continuity.

The Opportunity

We are supporting a confidential client undertaking a significant operational transition programme and are seeking an experienced Workplace & Transition Project Manager.

The successful consultant will oversee facility, workplace, technology, and HR operational transition activities, ensuring that business operations continue smoothly throughout the change period.

Key Responsibilities
