Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a proactive PMO-focused professional to co‑lead major transformation programmes, turning strategy into tangible change across the organisation.

You’ll co‑lead workstreams, support programme delivery with planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, and drive benefits realisation in close collaboration with business leaders. Hybrid work in Gentofte, permanent full‑time role within Strategy Execution & Transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience driving workstreams as a project manager in transformation or implementation programmes.
• Certified in a recognised project management approach or equivalent experience.
• Experience from large-scale transformation initiatives or equivalent.
• Exposure to change management, training, or process design.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Clear communication in a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented way.
