Job summary

Danske Bank is seeking a Programme Manager to shape and deliver transformation initiatives across Insights & Engagement. You will lead end-to-end delivery, structure complex challenges, and align diverse stakeholders to coherent roadmaps that drive measurable business impact.

The role requires at least 3 years in programme or project management within complex environments, with strong governance and executive reporting experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in programme or project management, preferably in transformation or financial services.
• Experience driving organisational change and large-scale transformation from framing to execution.
• Experience establishing governance structures and executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear, structured communication.
• Ability to turn complex problems into actionable roadmaps and plans.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps, milestones and execution plans.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation and commercial initiatives with clear objectives and dependencies.
• Structure ambiguous challenges into clear problem statements and recommendations.
• Gather input from broad stakeholders to build evidence-based delivery plans.
• Coordinate activities across teams and workstreams to maintain progress.
• Provide timely status updates and decision materials to stakeholders.
• Manage a broad stakeholder landscape, including senior leaders across locations.
