Ørsted is hiring for a PMO/Strategy Execution role where you will co-lead workstreams in large transformation programmes and provide PMO support to plan, drive and realise benefits. You will collaborate across functions with business leaders to ensure execution aligned with strategic priorities, focusing on governance, reporting and value creation in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large transformation programmes with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in a recognized project management approach or equivalent experience.
• Experience driving workstreams as a project manager in transformation or implementation programmes.
• Exposure to change management, training, or process design.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead projects and workstreams within large transformation programmes.
• Support programme delivery through planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and benefit tracking.
• Drive implementation-focused initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders.
• Plan, coordinate, and track delivery across multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Support change activities, including new ways of working, process design, and capability building.
• Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
