Job summary

Ørsted A/S is seeking a candidate to lead high-impact strategic initiatives within the Strategy Execution and Transformation team. You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver recommendations that influence long-term decisions in a dynamic energy landscape.

You will combine rigorous analysis with structured problem solving and stakeholder engagement to position Ørsted for ongoing success, driving alignment and execution across units and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Experience from top-tier management consulting, strategy function, or equivalent analytics environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver complex strategic projects from scoping through recommendation and implementation.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative information from internal and external sources to translate findings into insights.
• Develop structured problem-solving approaches, business cases, and executive-level storylines for decisions.
• Identify strategic opportunities and challenges across the organisation and shape hypotheses and workplans.
• Engage with stakeholders across functions and leadership teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and decision materials for senior management and governance forums.
