Job summary

Tour Partner Group in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a passionate Tour Operations Intern to join our multicultural team. You will support tour preparation, itinerary creation, group administration and supplier liaison for Scandinavian, Icelandic, Baltic and Polish journeys.

Ideal candidates have strong English, good communication, and are quick learners. Tourism studies or prior travel industry experience are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generating bookings and requesting services from suppliers.
• Booking and planning all services according to the itinerary.
• Creating and checking itineraries for feasibility and accuracy.
• Handling amendments, cancellations and rooming lists for groups.
• Liaising with hotels, tour guides, coach companies and partners.
• Issuing vouchers and travel documents on time.
• Direct client, partner and supplier contact; prepare quotes.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Tour Operations Intern to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark . You will work as part of a collaborative, international team , creating memories that last a lifetime for our clients and their customers.

Your responsibilities:

As a Tour Operations Intern at Tour Partner Group, your key responsibilities will include:

Tour preparation

• Generating bookings and requesting services from suppliers
• Booking and planning all services according to the itinerary

Itineraries

• Creating and checking itineraries (feasibility and conformity with clients’ publications)

Group administration

• Handling amendments, cancellations and rooming lists for group bookings

Supplier liaison

• Working with hotels, tour guides, coach companies and other partners

Travel documents

• Issuing the correct documentation (vouchers, travel documents) on time

Client and partner contact

• Direct contact with clients, partners and suppliers
• Possibility of preparing and calculating quotes for client requests

Your profile: Skills & Experience

• Very good written and spoken English
• Good communication skills

• Accurate working style
• Studies in tourism are a plus
• Relevant experience in another company is a plus
