Job summary

Polish Workers in Store Merløse, Sjælland, Denmark is seeking a reliable Chef to join a food production kitchen. You will prepare and cook Thai ready meals according to established recipes and production plans, working 30-50 hours a week in a permanent full-time role.

Applicants from Poland are welcome; visa/work permit assistance may be provided. The role offers a monthly salary of 3000-4000 EUR plus a performance bonus and an opportunity to contribute to our Thai menu production.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Experience with Asian cuisine or meal production is an advantage.
• Good knife skills and the ability to follow recipes consistently.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safe food handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vegetables, sauces and other ingredients for weekly production.
• Cook Thai ready meals according to recipes and production plans.
