Temporary Restaurant Manager

Are you a recent graduate looking for an exciting temporary opportunity in the restaurant industry? Our restaurant in Horsens is seeking a Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a willingness to learn and grow. The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Hiring, training, and managing staff members to ensure they provide top-notch service to our customers
• Creating schedules for staff members that meet the needs of the restaurant while adhering to labor laws and budget constraints
• Ensuring all food and beverage items meet our high-quality standards and are served in a timely manner
• Overseeing inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are on hand at all times
• Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant by regularly conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaboration with other managers to create promotions or special events that will attract new customers and increase revenue
• Handling cash management tasks such as making bank deposits, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing financial reports

To be successful in this role, you should have:
