Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Ballerup to cover a temporary 1-year maternity leave. You will coordinate sales and purchase orders, maintain SAP master data, and ensure smooth communication with suppliers and customers while delivering excellent service to internal teams.

We value structured, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative, international environment and possess English and Danish language skills. Strong IT abilities and SAP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Educational background in logistics; new grads welcome.

Temporary position - Logistics Coordinator - Ballerup

Join our Order Management & Logistics team in Ballerup as Logistics Coordinator for a limited time of 1 year. As we adapt our team setup during a colleague’s maternity leave, we’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our team and help us keep delivering outstanding service to our customers. You’ll step into a dynamic role in an international environment where no two days are the same, working across a wide range of logistics and procurement tasks and collaborating with colleagues across the organization.

This is a full-time position, and you’ll be part of a dedicated team of four logistics colleagues. In total, we are 13 employees in Denmark, working closely together across functions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate and process sales and purchase orders, including maintaining master data in SAP
• Follow up on orders and maintain close communication with suppliers and customers
• Create material master data in collaboration with our technical team
• Provide excellent service to customers and internal sales teams
• Maintain and improve operational logistics processes

We Imagine You Have
