We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Esbjerg on a temporary basis As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests This position is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment as accommodation will be provided during the duration of the contract

• Oversee all kitchen staff and ensure they are properly trained and following food safety regulations
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain cost control
• Collaborate with other departments such as front of house to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food preparation portion control sanitation and waste management

Requirements
