Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Telecom Lab Infrastructure Specialist to manage and develop our Telecommunication Lab infrastructure, and to support R&D and external partners with testing and development needs.

You will work with PBX systems, VoIP, network infrastructure, and monitoring tools, ensuring secure firmware and software updates while monitoring health systems and security across all components. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of IP networking and network security (CCNA or similar preferred).
• Experience with VoIP, SIP, unified communications, and telephony systems.
• Familiarity with desk phone provisioning and softphone platforms.
• Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux administration.
• Structured, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly in English.
• Creativity and willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Ability to coordinate and lead activities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and further develop Telecommunication Lab infrastructure.
• Support R&D, Support and external partners with testing and development needs.
• Manage a variety of technologies including PBX systems, VoIP, network infrastructure, and monitoring tools.
• Keep all equipment updated with secure firmware and software.
• Monitor health system and ensure strong security across all components.
• Provide user support for lab equipment and coordinate with vendors and partners.
