Job summary

Bavarian Nordic is seeking a Senior Digital Training Professional based in Kvistgård to develop and enhance training concepts that boost learning effectiveness and business performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate capability needs into scalable solutions, leveraging digitalization, automation, and data.

Occasional travel will be required. The role emphasizes end-user focus, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within Global Training & Development.

You will join Global Training & Development, a team of 20+ dedicated colleagues who create solutions that strengthen both people and business performance.

The team combines standardized training concepts with customer-tailored people development approaches and work in a culture built on collaboration, empowerment, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. Together, we share a mission toenable Bavarian Nordic’s people and business performance through training and development solutions.

Based in Kvistgaard, you will report to the Head of Global Training and Development. You can expect occasional business travel, accounting for approximately 10-15% of your time.

The role

As Senior Digital Training Professional, you will develop and improve training concepts that make learning more effective, accessible and ultimately drives people and business performance. Working closely with stakeholders and end users, you will identify business opportunities, translate capability needs into training and development solutions, and use digitalization, automation, and data to strengthen training across our global organization.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Drive small to medium-size projects, that arecenteredaround digitalization improvements within the training anddevelopment field
• Facilitate and build high-impact training content based on Bavarian Nordic’s training technologies
• Translate business targets and opportunities into practical and digital solutions with a strong end-user focus
• Use data and insights to improve training processes and workflows

Qualifications

We imagine that you have experience working with training, capability building, learning technologies, digital transformation, or a related field.

In addition, you bring:

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• A strong interest in leveraging AI, automation and digital solutions to improve learning and business processes
• Experience driving projects and simultaneous managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience with LEAN and a drive towards process-optimization
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Experience working with data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
• Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Danish proficiency is not required
