Job summary

VELUX Skjern is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, maintenance and analytics in a highly automated production environment. You will shape strategic direction, drive digitalisation and continuous improvement while ensuring equipment reliability and production excellence.

Based in Skjern, you will report to the General Manager, partner with international stakeholders and champion Lean practices, automation projects and smart manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Relevant technical qualification (Engineering or similar).
• Strong Lean/continuous improvement background.
• Experience with automation, digitalisation or production improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Services organisation including engineers, specialists and maintenance teams.
• Ensure high equipment availability, reliability and performance across production.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with local/international stakeholders to deliver strategic projects.
