Job summary

Everllence is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join the Spare Parts Sales Support team in Europe. You will provide technical guidance on 4-stroke engine spare parts and handle inquiries, tenders, and orders to support international sales hubs.

Based in Holeby or nearby locations, you will work with a diverse team of engineers and sales professionals to ensure high-quality customer service and technical accuracy. English fluency is required; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and mechanical understanding.
• Background as a mechanic, mechanical engineer, marine engineer, or similar technical discipline.
• Customer-oriented with focus on excellent service.
• English fluency, written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation to customers and international sales hubs regarding 4-stroke engine spare parts.
• Handle and process technical inquiries from customers.
• Identify and recommend suitable spare parts solutions.

• Managing tenders, quotations, and customer orders
• Collaborating closely with Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators to achieve sales targets
• Working with internal departments to ensure the best possible technical support and customer experience

We Imagine That You

• Have a strong technical and mechanical understanding
• Hold a background as a mechanic, mechanical engineer, marine engineer, or similar technical discipline
• Are customer-oriented and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service
• Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing

You will become part of the Sales Support Gensets team, responsible for supporting and advising our 4-stroke engine customers across Europe, as well as our global sales hubs.

The team consists of 10 Technical Sales Engineers and 10 Sales Coordinators located in Holeby, Copenhagen, and Frederikshavn. Any of these locations can serve as your primary workplace.
