Job summary

Siemens A/S in Denmark is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the Medium Voltage engineering team in Ballerup. You will drive cross-functional electrical projects from kickoff to delivery, coordinating with customers, sales, factories and suppliers, while maintaining the technical solution and timeline.

The role requires a technical background in electrical engineering or related fields, strong English, a structured mindset, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Technical background such as Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical projects, switchgear, installations, service or coordination.
• Curiosity and ability to learn quickly with new tools and technical details.
• Interest in medium-voltage equipment and energy distribution.
• Structured mindset with ability to keep overview on multiple tasks.
• Confident communication with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
• Strong English skills; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive medium-voltage switchgear projects from kickoff to delivery and handover.
• Manage project budgets, margins, risks and customer commitments.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions with sales and engineering.
• Plan tasks, track deadlines, remove obstacles, bring order to complex projects.
• Learn portfolio quickly and build technical understanding of MV solutions.
• Coordinate across borders with factories and Siemens teams.
• Check specifications, standards and project documentation for quality and compliance.
• Participate in hands-on testing and final functional checks before energisation.
• Communicate progress, risks and next steps to stakeholders.
