Job summary

Jobtailor in Denmark is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations within the Migrations team. You will oversee milestones, risks, budgets, and cross-functional delivery, translating business needs into technical specs and ensuring timely, within-budget results.

You will collaborate with developers, data engineers, and data scientists, provide executive summaries, and drive cost, timeline, and quality controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in life science or regulated areas.
• Experience managing complex projects including software development, IT systems implementation, and data migrations.
• Experience leading developers, data engineers and/or data scientists on data-driven projects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program/project management oversight for customer implementations within the Migrations team.
• Monitor program status, milestones, risks, issues, and budgets.
• Act as delivery escalation point and ensure clear action plans and communication.
• Provide executive-level summaries for senior executives.
• Intervene to keep costs, timelines, and quality on track.
• Develop plans and effort estimates for future projects during sales process.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering data-driven projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data needs into technical specs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Track and report project progress and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, life science stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Seek new business opportunities to support company growth.
