Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 12 employees.
• Support and develop the team, set direction and drive improvement.
• Ensure controlling and operations tasks are carried out scalably.
• Optimise and document processes.
• Supervise implementation of new products.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional projects.
• Support controlling and customer business operations in Germany and Italy.
• Contribute to developing Controlling & Operations and improve collaboration.
• Oversee onboarding of assets, asset master data and customer requests.
• Ensure data consistency and stable, efficient business controlling.
