Job summary

You combine deep C# and SQL Server expertise with leadership skills, guiding a team through legacy and modern tech while delivering reliable software at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Senior/Lead roles with team leadership.
• Experience with enterprise apps, architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience with legacy and modernization initiatives.
• Strong hands-on with C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/JS, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team and review code.
• Ensure maintainability, performance, security, and quality across apps.
• Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications leveraging hands-on work.
• Identify modernization opportunities and evolve legacy systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment between architecture and implementation with the team.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and deployments.
