Job summary

Twoday is seeking a Senior Backend .NET Developer to join a major Danish healthcare delivery in Copenhagen. You will build and operate business-critical software with emphasis on reliability, security and maintainability, contributing to a modern AI-assisted engineering setup.

You’ll work across the software lifecycle, from analysis to deployment, collaborating with Solution Architects, testers, DevOps and product stakeholders in a multi-supplier delivery model.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in C# and .NET for backend systems.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs and integrations.
• Ability to work across teams and suppliers in a healthcare-focused delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services and server-side components.
• Develop APIs and integrations across a complex application landscape.
• Contribute to architecture, data modelling and technical decisions.
• Work with microservices and distributed systems.
• Design for resilience, scalability and operational stability.
• Implement logging, monitoring and observability.
• Build and maintain automated build, test and deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to containerised deployment and modern infrastructure practices.
• Follow secure coding practices across the development lifecycle.
• Write automated tests and uphold code quality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across release and production environments.
• Collaborate with teams and suppliers to refine backlog.
