Job summary

Anthill Agency is seeking a full-time Technical Customer Success Manager in Copenhagen, Denmark. This role will involve ownership of the technical track during client onboarding and ensuring effective platform adoption. You will be a crucial technical partner, guiding clients in utilizing our Digital Asset Management and Veeva systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in DAM, a working knowledge of Veeva, and a background in client-facing technical roles. Strong English communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Solid, hands-on knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Working knowledge of Veeva (CRM and/or PromoMats).
• Experience in a client-facing Technical CSM, TAM, or Technical Consulting role within B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical track on customer onboardings alongside the CS Manager.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with client IT and platform teams.
• Run technical workshops to build platform confidence.
