Job summary

Danske Bank is seeking a Senior TECH Change Manager to lead technology transformation and change across our organisation under the Forward'28 strategy.

You will be allocated to strategic initiatives within Forward'28, working with the TECH Transformation Delivery team to accelerate delivery, boost productivity and reduce run costs. The role is hybrid, with 3–4 days in the office, and focuses on delivering lasting organisational change.

Qualifications

• Experience combining project management and change management in large-scale transformations.
• Change management certification (PROSCI or equivalent).
• Ability to navigate complex organisations and communicate across all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, SharePoint and Confluence.
• English at an upper-intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute comprehensive change management plans for strategic initiatives.
• Understand target groups and tailor activities to support their transformation journey.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure local ownership and engagement.
• Align deliverables with the TECH Transformation Office strategy and plans.
