Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Student Assistant in Technology Procurement to support the Global Technology Procurement team. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic procurement and contract management while working with procurement professionals, contract managers, technology specialists, and business stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to technology initiatives, data analysis, and supplier management in a global organisation, with a flexible work arrangement and opportunities to learn and grow

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement projects across technology categories.
• Maintaining and analysing procurement, contract, and supplier performance data to support decision-making.
• Assisting with contract administration, documentation, and governance activities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
