Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Student Assistant in Technology Procurement in Copenhagen. You will join the Global Technology Procurement team, supporting sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance analytics in a multinational setting.

The role offers hands-on experience with strategic procurement and collaboration across Technology, Legal, and Finance, with flexibility for some remote work and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's degree in a field like Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Legal, or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with detail-orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, and procurement projects across technology categories.
• Maintain and analyse procurement, contract, and supplier performance data for decision-making.
• Assist with contract administration, documentation, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
