We are currently hiring a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Roskilde, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees in their daily tasks and project assignments
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
• Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes and implement solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
