As a Teamlead in Vejle, Denmark, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations.

This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet and exceed productivity targets
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by delegating tasks and monitoring progress

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role is required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team towards achieving goals
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with performance evaluation techniques and employee development strategies
• Proficient in written and spoken English (Danish language skills are an asset)
• Must have the legal right to work in Denmark without sponsorship or visa assistance
• Possess a valid biometric passport for international travel
