• Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure smooth workflow
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize team performance
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
• Provide mentorship and support for team members career development
• Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on team progress

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is an asset
• Fluent in English, Danish language skills is an asset
