As a Teamlead in our Copenhagen office you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve our companys goals and objectives Your primary focus will be on driving performance and ensuring the team is working together effectively to deliver high-quality results

• Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them
• Oversee project timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing feedback
• Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
• Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

Working Conditions
