Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a seeks a Team Leader for Supply Chain Planning CBP DK (Cheese-Butter-Powder). The role leads five Site Schedulers, shaping the planning setup across HOCO in Holstebro and AKAFA in Aalborg, with frequent travel between sites.

You will set direction, create clear frames and align sites, functions and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end operations, while maintaining strong relationships to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of planning experience and experience in leading employees.
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong IT/ERP skills (particularly SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop planning teams to optimize production schedules and delivery planning.
• Link S&OP/E decisions to daily plans to ensure execution of forecasts and SLAs.
• Monitor KPIs, review planning procedures and drive waste reduction.
• Maintain optimal stock levels of finished goods, ingredients and packaging.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Site Directors, Production, Logistics, Demand Planning and Global Planning.
• Contribute to development of planning processes, systems and ways of working.
• Own performance management including Delivery Accuracy, Waste, Plan Adherence and Continuous Improvement.
• Manage risks and constraints with scenario planning and stakeholder communication.
