Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a Team Leader for Supply Chain Planning CBP (Cheese-Butter-Powder) in Denmark, primarily based in Holstebro with travel to Aalborg. You will lead five Site Schedulers and shape the future planning setup across HOCO and AKAFA.

You will drive alignment of S&OP with daily plans, monitor KPIs, and advance planning processes, ensuring customer service and efficient operations. The role requires a bachelor’s/master’s degree, 4–6 years planning/leadership, fluent Danish/English,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of experience in planning and leading employees.
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong IT and ERP skills, particularly SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the planning teams to optimize production schedules, component and delivery planning with high service and cost efficiency across sites and the network
• Link S&OP/E decisions to daily plans to ensure execution of corporate forecasts and market SLAs
• Monitor KPIs, review planning procedures and drive waste reduction across site and supply chain
• Maintain optimal stock levels of finished goods, ingredients and packaging to minimise working capital
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Site Directors, Production, Logistics, Demand Planning and Global Planning to secure stable operations and clear decision-making
• Contribute to the continued development of planning processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring a more structured, scalable and future-fit setup across HOCO and AKAFA
• Own performance management, including Delivery Accuracy, Waste, Plan Adherence and Continuous Improvement efforts
• Manage risks and constraints, performing scenario planning and ensuring effective escalation and communication with stakeholders
